Today we did a museum day. The weather was very nice and pleasant (something unusual London). The result it was an success. We had the opportunity to go from country to country and find interesting things about different kind of cultures. I noticed that British Museum it doesn’t have much of 3D digital design or animation but it does have art, historical art which includes graphic design. In one way, if we are thinking from a different point of view it is art because all I saw in this museum is the result of the creativity and imagination of human being. It also made me think about the first type of writing which was drawings on stones and inside the caves.
I took the good part of this visit to this museum even if it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. While we were passing through we could see interesting things like people from Rome, with their amazing statues which were sculpted by great sculptors and the accuracy they had. The way they saw the statue 3D before they even started to work on it. People from China with their amazing works in bronze and metal, creating their gods hundreds of years ago when their resources were very reduced and everything had to be made by hand. People from Egypt, who, from simple graves they started to create amazing and great pyramids ending by creating one of the most important wonders of the world.
And all this by using their imagination and creativity.
